We take great pride in the quality of each and every Rogue Gear Co. product we produce. Every product goes through several levels of quality control before it is shipped out. That being said, if something were to go wrong - we offer a one year guarantee on all of our products. Simply put, if something breaks or doesn’t work properly, we will fix it or replace it free of charge.*

TO REPLACE YOUR ITEM

To ensure that our team has the tools we need to continuously improve our products, we require that the product in question be returned to us before we ship out the replacement. If your product breaks or is somehow faulty, please email us and we will take care of you. Guaranteed.

*Rogue Gear Co. reserves the right to deny replacement of product if the item shows clear sign of misuse (normal wear and tear is perfectly acceptable). Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Rogue.
